Good to know
- Primary guest must be at least 25 and stay on site for the whole reservation. Maximum occupancy is 8. Guests not on the reservation are charged $150 per person, per night.
- No events, parties, or commercial photography or filming. Quiet hours 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises — violations charged up to $1,500.
- No pets — violations charged up to $1,500 in additional cleaning.
- Park up to 2 cars outside the garage. No parking inside the garage, on swales or on sidewalks (city fines up to $1,700 per day).
- Guests may tie a boat at the dock, but the boat lift is off limits and no boat trailers are allowed on the property.
- Clean the grill before departure or a $100 cleaning charge applies.
- Check-in and check-out times are firm; staying beyond them may incur an additional night.
- Security cameras cover the yards, the garage and the rear boat dock throughout your stay.
- A guest list with full names and ages is required at least 24 hours before arrival.
